How to Read Kagi Chart
Kagi charts represent supply and demand of a instrument. When line is green, it indicates demand exceeds supply, and the market is in the up trend. When line is red, it indicates supply exceeds demand, and the market is in the down trend.
Reversal Amount
Reversal amount can be specified. It can be in percentages such as 5% or fixed amount such as 0.0001. It is important to find a appropriate reversal amount for the instrument you are trading. If the reversal amount is large, you will stay profitable longer. If the reversal amount is small, you will likely to exit the trade early.
The higher the bars go, the stronger the trend.
