How to Read Three Liine Break Chart
The concept of three line break chart is somewhat similar to point and figure chart. It looks like stairs.
A new rising line is drawn if the closing price is higher than the previous one. A new falling line is drawn if the closing price is lower than the previous one.
Some traders buy when a green line appears after three adjacent red lines. Some traders sell when a red line appears after three adjacent green lines. Avoid trading trendless market when the lines change between green and red.
